Set at the heart of our hilltop borgo, Ristorante La Torre alle Tolfe offers seasonal menus in the Tuscan tradition. We are proud to use fresh and local products, simply prepared to ensure that the quality and flavours are at their very best.
“Food miles” are measured in metres at La Torre alle Tolfe! We source many of our vegetables from our own organic “orto,” or vegetable garden, with fresh eggs from our hens, and herbs from the property (both wild and cultivated). When it comes to cheeses and meats, we source them from local producers who share our philosophy of responsible farming.
Our wine list offers our own red, white, rosato, and frizzante wines as well as a selection wines from other small-scale Tuscan producers who share with us a passion for nature and hence adopt organic and sustainable agricultural techniques.
SPRING & SUMMER
In the warmer months, guests have access to both the indoor and outdoor seating areas, with views across the Chianti landscape.
AUTUMN & WINTER
In the colder, quieter months, dining takes place in our historic villa dining room for a cozy atmosphere.
CLASSIC TUSCAN DISHES
Our menu changes seasonally, featuring fresh handmade pasta dishes, meats, vegetarian dishes, and homemade bread, drawing inspiration from both classic and modern Tuscan cuisine.
PIZZA NIGHT
(April-November)
Enjoy a relaxed pizza night at La Torre alle Tolfe! Once a week, our kitchen moves to the terrace, serving a special menu of pizzas baked in our ancient wooden oven. Surrounded by hilltop views of the Chianti countryside, it’s the perfect way to spend an evening at La Torre alle Tolfe.
