Set at the heart of the Borgo, Ristorante La Torre alle Tolfe offers seasonal menus of the Tuscan traditions. Our Chef uses fresh and local products only that are simply prepared to ensure that the quality and flavours are at their very best.

“Food miles” are measured in metres, not kilometres at La Torre alle Tolfe!! Many of the vegetables are from our organic “orto” or vegetable garden, with fresh eggs from our hens and some of the grains and pulses come from our fields. Herbs too are our own, both wild and cultivated. When it comes to cheeses and meats, we source them from local producers who share our same philosophy.

SPRING & SUMMER

In Spring and Summer guests have access to both the indoor and outdoor seating areas at our Restaurant, with far- reaching views across the Chianti landscape while.

AUTUMN & WINTER

in Autumn for a cozier and warmer atmosphere we move into our Villa living room with fireplace.


CLASSIC TUSCAN DISHES

In our menu you will find fresh pasta dishes, home-made bread, meat grills…but also the more classic Tuscan dishes from the starters to buffets. Fresh and seasonal fruit and vegetables.

PIZZA NIGHT EVERY SUNDAY

Sunday means pizza night at La Torre alle Tolfe, baked in our ancient wooden oven. Our wine list offers our own red and rosé and a range of Tuscan wines selected from other small producers who share with us a passion for nature and hence adopt organic and sustainable agricultural techniques.

COOKING CLASS

Our Chef, focused on local culinary tradition and genuine food at zero km, will accompany you in a real experience among the scents and flavours of Tuscany & Italy. The lesson begins with a walk in the vegetable garden and in the herb garden to collect the ingredients that will be used for the preparation of the food.Guests can choose among Pizza and Pasta making.
