ORGANIC ESTATE IN SIENA
La Torre alle Tolfe is a diversified organic farm and historic estate just outside the city of Siena, overlooking the rolling hills of Tuscany.
We invite guests from near and far to join us for overnight stays in our historic villa, meals at our restaurant, and tours and tasting experiences of our organic wines and extra virgin olive oils. We hope that here you’ll reconnect with nature, experience the beauty of Chianti, and enjoy the fruits of our farming practices – after all, when we take care of nature, nature has a way of caring for us.
Regeneration in the heart of Tuscany
Organic since 2001, today we steward our land and animals with a focus on increasing biodiversity and regenerating our soil.
From our vineyards, we produce single-varietal and Chianti wines with minimal intervention, preserving the bright, saline character of our terroir. From our olive groves, we produce extra virgin olive oil with a focus on preserving beneficial antioxidants and distinctive flavour.
Historic Accomodations & Panoramic Views
At the heart of La Torre alle Tolfe is our historic medieval “borgo” (small village), lovingly restored to host 17 rooms, 2 suites, and 5 apartments – including Suite Torre Castelli, a unique 3-story suite within an 8th century tower. The borgo showcases panoramic views of our farm, the Chianti countryside, and iconic Sienese landmarks.

The borgo also houses our own restaurant, showcasing fresh local ingredients from our own farm as well as neighboring producers who share our philosophy of quality and sustainability.
